I cannot thank you or Stray From the Heart enough for the most wonderful experience we could have ever asked for in adopting our two wonderful dogs, Minnie and Ollie.

We have adopted other dogs but this was the best experience we have ever had from the start to the day we picked them up at the airport. Thank you Toni for all you did at the airport for puppies and us.

Jenny, from the beginning you were there to answer every question we had and always making us feel like we were special. Your dedication and commitment to finding your animals the perfect home goes beyond reproach and we are so thankful for all you do. You are truly amazing and I cannot thank you enough for all your hard work and kindness through out the adoption process.

Although we did not meet the dogs prior to arrival I felt like we did. The pictures, videos and information you gave was more than enough to know we were getting two very special family members. Everything you told us about them was true. They love our cat Sadie, they love other dogs and humans. They are friendly and loving, potty trained and playful. Most of all you knew they would be the perfect fit for our family and you were so right.

Ollie and Minnie are everything you said and more. They are the best dogs we could have ever hoped for and we love them both so much and couldn’t imagine our family without them.

For anyone hesitant about adopting an animal before meeting them, I can only tell you Stray From the Heart will find you the perfect match. Minnie and Ollie were given the BEST care in their foster home. Thank you Ketty for the amazing job you did and for all the videos and pictures you sent us. You are truly amazing.

Everyone in the organization is helpful and extremely qualified to answer all your questions and do whatever is needed to find you the perfect pet for your family.

In addition, after Minnie and Ollie joined our family they still checked in with us to make sure all was going well. Thank you for all you did to find us the absolute perfect pets for our family. You are a truly amazing organization.”
